Salem Shuchman brings over 30 years of experience investing in and growing businesses across a variety of industries. Throughout his career, he has provided insight and resources to scale companies of all sizes both through internal growth and acquisition. Giving back to his community, Salem has served on the Boards of several local institutions including the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Swarthmore College, and Fringe Arts.
Lori Lombardo
Focused on building relationships and teams to drive positive outcomes, Lori Lombardo has spent 15 years in the financial services, operations, and investment space. Her responsibilities have ranged from leading teams and initiatives at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch to the analysis of and investment in companies at Entrepreneur Partners. The granddaughter of an HVAC services entrepreneur, Lori has seen first-hand the positive impact that HVAC companies and their employees have in the communities they serve.
Chuck Forsyth
Industry Advisor Chuck Forsyth brings over 25 years of sales and operations leadership experience working with Mechanical Contractors. The founder and President of Clearfield Consulting, Chuck previously led a 400+ member team to $1.2B in sales as VP of Sales and Marketing for Johnson Controls. Chuck’s passion for building high performing teams is reflected in his success in improving employee engagement, safety, customer satisfaction and the financial growth and profitability of mechanical contractors.
